First, I'd like to thank all of my wonderful Clients for making 2011 such a busy and fun year! I've had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people and making new friends.
My hope is to make 2012 a bigger and better year!
Please visit my website and check out my new rates at http://www.kimberly-k-photography.com/ under the rates section!
Here is a rundown of my new policies and fees:
* Client Proof Galleries: Client proof galleries will ONLY consist of 30-40 images CHOSEN BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER! A color version and b&w version of a same pose is considered 2 separate images! Once your proofs are provided, any additional requests for editing will incur a fee of $10 per request and per photo. Payment must be made before addtional editing is made!
* Digital Images: In order to make delivering digital images (included in portrait packages) easier for both myself and Clients, I will now be emailing Zip files containing Clients chosen digital images accompanied by a print permission form. High resolution Discs will be available, pricing will be posted under the rate section on my website! Discs will have professionally printed covers and cases and contain all proofs provided in Client Galleries!
* Large Family Sessions: I will no longer be providing large family sessions in-studio! Sessions consisting of more than 5 individuals will take place outdoors.
*Booking a Session & Retainer Fee* I am now requiring a $50 non-refundable retainer fee. There are several reasons I have raised this fee. One being that I often invest in new props for sessions. Another being to prevent cancellations. I hate turning Clients away who have limited availability and at the last minute having that spot open due to a last minute cancellation. Sessions will not be secured until a retainer has been paid. A Photography Session Contract will be emailed to you upon booking for you to fill out and return with your retainer fee. Of course, I do understand that things happen at the last minute. Retainer fees may be applied to a future session (limit one cancellation per retainer fee).
